Tasting online or at home
A classic tasting of 5 wines with paired food items is $120.00 per person. An intro to wine where we taste through Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon. A trip around the world which is the same grape from 5 different regions. Of course the options are endless so please contact me to discuss.
Staff engagement or training
A great opportunity for team building or a staff party activity.Restaurants can also use us for staff wine training and to help with wine programs. We will come to the location of your choice with the wines, glassware if required, and food items. Contact us for pricing as this is a bespoke service so pricing will reflect that.
food and wine pairing
If you provide the menu we can provide the pairings. Our expertise allows us to source wine from the entire Ontario wine/ alcoholic beverage market. This means that you’re not limited to what's on the LCBO shelf but will have access to wines that agents like myself represent. You can also rely on the knowledge of a Sommelier to make the right pairings for your meal. The other crucial service that we provide is arranging the rentals required and the correct inventory for the event. No need to worry about running out of glassware or having too much wine opened or left over or worse running out.
